Since his childhood Craig Adams has been an emblematic figure in the black churches of New Orleans. In the footsteps of his ancestor Fats Domino, he is today one of the most talented pianists and organists in Louisiana. A singer with a golden voice and a musician of much talent he has also earned himself a solid reputation as a musical director and choir master.
Craig was the guest to many prestigious black American formations all from Gospel. To name but a few: Marva Wright, Davell Crawford, Kim Burrel, Marrutte Brown Clark, Tyrone Foster and The Arc Singers. He also took part in famous albums: “Live in New Orleans” of the New Orleans Gospel Soul Children and “I Can’t Repay” by Jai Reed.
It was in December 2002 that Craig Adams decided to set up his own group. He then set about mixing with the best artists and musicians in New Orleans.
From the outset they made their mark as one of the most brilliant formations in new Orleans. They soon got the opportunity to produce on prestigious stages such as the “New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival” or the “New Orleans French Quarter Festival”, among others …
It must be pointed out that the group was nominated in 2004 at the “Big Easy Entertainment Awards”. This award is given to artists who have contributed significantly to the cultural enhancement of New Orleans. Craig Adams is also a respected member of the Jury of the US Grammy Gospel Awards.
