John MacLean
Experimentation and the search for original language characterize the collaborations of composer, producer and performer John MacLean. Between hundreds of live performances each year at International jazz, folk and rock Festivals he acts as producer, performer, composer and engineer of WORLD RECORDS. The 2009 track "Di Bombs" was released worldwide on the celebrated Rough Guides Afrobeat Revival compilation. MacLean is the co-creator of dancefloor activism band Mr. Something Something of Toronto, Canada. He is attending Womex 2009 with strategic manager Derek Andrews and collaborator Larry Graves.
