MamaZone Ltd. was established by three Hungarian friends, who are strongly and closely attached to music; András Bodrogi, the former musician, VJ and music industry indsider; Frigyes 'Nesta' Machán, the chief music editor, radio presenter, DJ and A&R; and Zsolt Jeges, the PR, communication and new media expert.
The basic aim of establishing the company is to motivate the introduction of new digital ways, tools and devices, processes to the Central and Eastern European (CEE) music scene, moreover, to help and manage the activities of ambitious music artists and bands in the digital era of music distribution and management. The company is a publishing, booking, music consultant and managing firm. Mamazone Ltd. wishes to give answers to recently occuring questions of the changing music business. As the strategic partner of the Music Export Hungary office, Mamazone assists foreign appearence and presence of Hungarian bands. The company regularly takes part in local and foreign music exhibitions, conferences and trade fairs such as London Calling, Popkomm, WOMEX, and Hangfoglalas (CEE music trade fair). We keep up active relations with many European publishers, music radios, promoters and organizers.
