Another incoming bomb from the North Atlantic stronghold…

The Faroese singer and performer Dánjal has hand-picked his royal musicians from the far, dark corners of Scandinavia. An instrumental overflow accompanies Dánjal in an intense musical bastard of melodic rock, folk, klezmer and balkan.

Storytelling soaked in Whiskey

It's not without controversy when Dánjal puts his pen to paper - with English lyrics containing moving and provocative stories with critical & ironic depth. As son of a Faroese culture minister it is not foreign for him to tip the political scale in the name of humanity.

If you haven't already given in - a live show with Dánjal will certainly prove convincing. An intruiging affair, that connects with the audience in a personal way. After two succesful showcases at last years World Music Expo, Dánjal has since engaged in enterprise over many borders.

'The Bubble'

Dánjal is ready with the sequel to their critically acclaimed and award nominated debut, 'The Palace'. This new album titled 'The Bubble' unfolds into a warm yet haunting poetic atmosphere with strong melodies as its center core. 'The Bubble' is followed up by lots of touring in 2012.
