Hilton is a composer and keyboard player. He specialises in Cape Jazz and includes traditional African instruments in his performances and recordings. He is a founder member of the celebrated Goema Rock outfit, The Genuines. Hilton is also a member of Robbie Jansen s , Sons of Table Mountain and plays a central role in Jansen s recordings.
