This is a All Star ensamble featuring some of the most important names in the Cape Town ethno jazz scene. They perform a particular musical style unique to the Cape area of South Africa. The music is a combination of jazz and folk music. It is known locally as Cape Jazz.
The band perform works by the greats in the genre, Dollar Brand, Basil Coetzee, Robbie Jansen and many more.
