Water & Wijn is a choir from Antwerps in Belgium. Most famous member is the singer Wannes Van de Velde, a well known folk musicians who has been active for more than 40 years and who was recorded dozens of albums.
The album contains 20 traditional songs from the Lowlands and was recorded by Belgian classical radio station Klara, part of VRT. Still not many releases with music from the Low Countries (Netherlands and Belgium) are available worldwide, this is an exception for an exceptionable nice album
