John & Betty is a rock and roll duo inspired by the anti-folk scene (Moldy Peaches, Adam Green, Herman Dune, Jeffrey Lewis...)
John plays a vintage Silvertone guitar while Betty bangs on a Tom and various percussions. They write songs together and can either do lead or backing vocals.
In 2010 they released their first album "Will happiness find us?" through their own DIY label: "In the kitchen production". The recording was done at home.
They have since been playing in several venues and have now access to bigger audience such as the "BB Mix, international underground rock Festival".
A second album "Do souls wander" will be issued before the end of 2011.
