UHF a musical project proposed by four artists with a unique fusion of Jerez rythms (Bolita), with the percussive beats of Sanlucar (Paquito), the double bass of a Basque (Martin) and a French violin (Lefevre). Over the years these four friends have met collaborating on innumerate World stages while touring with some of Spain's top Flamenco masters, artists such as Vicente Amigo and Gerardo Nunez. At the X Helsinki Flamenco Festival (February, 2007) UHF took to the stage for the first time stunning audiences and critics, shows at prestigious flamenco festivals in Spain followed. The opened Womex 2008 in Sevilla with a concert resulting in standing ovations. The group launched their breathtaking debut album end of 2007, an innovative and exciting interpretation of flamenco palos. UHF shines most however on stage, where the complicity between these four artists comes to life with great energy and above all tons of flamenco. As guest performers they present some of Spains best dancers.
