Women and music issues - WOMEX PANEL - interested

Calling all international women going to Womex this year: I'm going to be leading a panl entitled "Women and cross cultural music: Does gender make a difference in the 21st Century" . The session will celebrate the success of so many women now running great world music businesses and the raised profile of women musicians and performers - and ask the question is it all solved now or are there still key issues facing women in music biz as artists and promoters/labels etc -on the world music side.
