Pasta live cooked on stage, every time with different ingredients, by a band full of humour and a lot of swing.
This is pure Italian Style, through the music of masters as Paolo Conte, Domenico Modugno, Nicola Arigliano, Bongusto, Buscaglione and the classics "Che Bambola", "Eri piccola cosi", "Guarda che luna", "Whisky facile", "Il dritto di Chicago", "Volare", "Mambo Italiano" and others.
A further touch of colour is added by the girls in epoch's costumes, chorusing and dancing side by side with Fred, just to create the atmosphere of that times' Italian jazz clubs.
