Duo formed by the young pianists Bianca Gismonti and Claudia Castelo Branco. Bianca is the daughter of the remarkable musician Egberto Gismonti. The duet unites the interest for Brazilian rhythms, Latins and jazz to a solid classical formation, exploring to the maximum the sonority of the piano. Members of a new generation of musicians that renew the Brazilian music scene with creativity and good taste, the duo releases its second album "April Flower" (2011, Delira Musica). Virtuosity on the piano and inspired arrangements has always been the trademark of Gisbranco. On "April Flower", Bianca and Claudia also show verve and talent for composition and singing.
"April Flower" will be released in Brazil, Europe and USA with a European tour covering Amsterdam, Paris, Istanbul and Zurich.
