A Q&A with A. Davey (UK), Controller, BBC Radio 3 and G. Parker (USA), General Manager, WQXR Radio.

Alan Davey and Graham Parker lead two of the oldest, most prestigious classical music stations in the world. With distinct mandates and funding models for the arts in the United Kingdom and the United States, each station devises its own strategies for staying relevant in the 21st century and meeting listeners on their own terms.

This public conversation followed by a Q&A will explore topics central to arts media organizations: collaborating with performing artists and venues; local, national and international strategies for brand extension; and leading the charge as a radio station in the digital age with a robust multiplatform content strategy.
