Following on from the past global gathering of indieclassicists, this year we proudly present the progress made. You'll hear about the several workshops we gave to fellow musicians, producers and students over the year. The primary focus of this session will be on how to make the global-online-social-network-space a fully-functioning, effective platform to move the indieclassical scene forward!
For those unfamiliar with the term, 'indieclassical' is a mindset and approach that leads to the creation of meaningful musical experiences that reflect the ‘mashup', mixing and mingling of information and influences in our lives today. The active participants of this type of music making have their fingers firmly on the pulse of today’s reality and reflect it in their music and programming.
This session will be lively, interactive and engaging. Caffeine shortly beforehand is advised.
