LEMON members had various meetings in the past two years, where they shared common values and artistic ambitions through their passion for musical diversity and the experience in the European global music sector. The network of live music organizers wish to support mobility and visibility of young talents and great masters within Europe. LEMON’s mission is to foster the importance of the European identity for peaceful coexistence of people in tolerance, respect and self-confidence; for a vibrant civil society, to highlight European values of freedom, dignity, equality, humanity and solidarity in musical expression.
Objectives are:
- to create a platform for exchange of ideas
- to facilitate circulation of artists within Europe
- to support the musical creation of artists
- to improve backing at political level
- to organise presentations of European artists at music industry events worldwide
