Mr Van Walsh, DJ and cello
Mr. Van Walsh is a classically-trained cellist and the founder of Classical Music Rave. He marries the highly ritualised worlds of classical music and rave culture, trading the padded seats and velvet curtains of the concert hall for industrial spaces with wild lighting, dancing, glowsticks and, of course, classical music.
