Women of the World at WOMEX celebrates its 8th annual event at WOMEX 17 in Katowice. This year our community suffered the devastating loss of Alex Nova, one of our first panelists and most active participants. A radiant force within our WOMEX community for years, Alex’s zest for life and unbounding energy and enthusiasm for the industry will always be an inspiration.
We will focus this year’s meeting on celebrating Alex’s life and love for our industry by venerating women in the industry who have taught us key lessons. We will compile some of their greatest pearls of wisdom as a group to share with our community and honor Alex’s legacy.
Both first time and veteran, female and male delegates are welcome to join the celebration and participate to honor our most beloved female mentors who have shaped our careers and lives.
