Classical:NEXT 2016 came to a close today with the Closing ceremony and the presentation of the Innovation Award to Ensemble Resonanz.

This year’s edition of Classical:NEXT was the biggest ever, with 1,200 professionals taking part, including more than 1,000 delegates and 150 performing artists (but not including the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra!). Together, we experienced four days packed full of networking, conferences, concerts, mentoring, project pitches and more, and we would like to extend the biggest thanks to all those who participated – it is you that make Classical:NEXT all that it is. We can’t wait to see you all in Rotterdam again in 2017!
