You’ve no doubt heard of the new Gender Pay Gap legislation implemented this year by the UK Government, which required companies
with more than 250 employees to report their gender pay gap by April 4.

Displaying both the percentage difference between earnings for male and female employees, as well as the gender split between males and females across all levels of the businesses, including the difference in bonuses paid out to both genders. Last month, WOMEX published figures about our own processes
and statistics alongside some initiatives as positive examples in the
fight for cultural diversity and improved gender balance, that from
the start has been a driving force for the global WOMEX community.
