In summer 2002, Anna Pötzsch dived into the Piranha pool and hasn't resurfaced ever since. After running the WOMEX Showcases for the first two years, she took over communications at the sister company Piranha Kultur, a special event & festival promoter. In 2006 she moved on/back to WOMEX - the world music expo - where she's been managing the media & communications department to date. Since 2010 she's also been on the WOMEX board of directors steering the ship to future adventures.
