ACP MUSIC FESTIVALS NETWORK * Sauti za Busara, 9 - 13 February

(Photo: Eirik Folkedal) Sauti za Busara music festival kicks off in Zanzibar's historic Stone Town, featuring a dynamic variety of African music with more than four hundred musicians participating over five days. The line up includes Sukiafrica Sukiyaki Allstars (Pan Africa / Far East), Bismillahi Gargar (Kenya), and local cultural ambassador Bi Kidude (Zanzibar).

In addition to the musical highlights, a daily networking event for local and visiting arts professionals will explore how the East African music industry can be developed. 'The Movers and Shakers Forum' is organised by the ACP Music Festivals Network.
