WOMEX TOP LABEL AWARD * Cumbancha Wins in 2008

The results are in. This year's WOMEX Top Label is US-based Cumbancha. They will be awarded the customary WOMEX TOP LABEL AWARD plaque at the Sunday ceremony, and will share the stage with the other winners Muzsikás and the Folk Music Department of the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, Finland.

Results are also in on the top CDs, all this according to the programmers of the World Music Charts Europe, our partners in the project.
