WOMEX 12 THESSALONIKI * Call for Proposals: Club Globalkan
(Photo: "Herceg Novi, Montenegro" by Bookish type on flickr, CC BY 2.0) WOMEX 12 Thessaloniki will be featuring an extra stage 'Club Globalkan' dedicated to Balkan music, presenting artists from Greece and the Southeastern European neighbourhood during the three WOMEX Festival nights.
The Club Globalkan stage is an initiative by WOMEX's local partners in Greece. It is supported by the Municipality of Thessaloniki and organised by Gaia Live.
The call for showcase proposals for Club Globalkan is now open, with a deadline of Friday, 11 May.
