Pllek is openminded, free, surprising, warm and creative. We find it important to create awareness to live consciously. Also sustainability is a big part of our business concept. You can see this in the way Pllek is built, in our diverse (cultural) program and especially in our kitchen; Chef Dimitry Mulder always cooks with seasonable vegetables and local products with worldly tastes! Most of our food is organic and sustainable to take responsibility for our planet.
