With a career of more than ten years, Villa Diamante is head of collective ventures as ZIZEK Club and ZZK Records and Buenos Aires's independent record store Mercurio Disqueria, besides being responsible of bringing danceable music and rap guided tours into Buenos Aires National Fine Arts Museum. He is also the music selector for Combina- do Argentino de Danza, a very renowned argentinean dance company.
ZZK Records - a label born from the Zizek Club parties that he orga- nizes along Grant C Dull and DJ Nim - has discovered and edited Chancha Vía Circuito, Nicola Cruz, Fauna, Tremor, El Remolón, King Coya, Frikstailers, Mati Zundel and La Yegros, besides launching several compilations with emerging artist worldwide.
From 2004 on, Villa Diamante also digitally launches his own records, standing out “Por Amor al baile” (2013), milestone mash up record that blends argentinean new electronic music and rock, and the recent “Lanús Oeste” (2016) that gets argentinean hip hop scene straight to the dancefloor.
The last summer (2017) he toured Europe: he played in Festival Sonorama and Festival Electropical (Spain), At.tension Festival (Germany), Sfinks Mixed (Belgium), Festival C.A.M.P.O. (Italy) and Palanga Beach Fest (Lituania) and renowed venues as YAAM (Berlin), Klunkerkranich (Berlin) Dabadaba (San Sebastian), Recylcart (Brussels) & Villa Ada (Roma).
In Argentina he has played in Mutek Argentina (2017), Festival BUE (2016), Lollapalloza Argentina (2016), Sonar Sound BA (2006) , Creamfields BA (2007 & 2009) among other important gigs.
He has also toured South America and Europe several times. In 2015 Villa Diamante was invited by Argentinean Cultural Ministry as the national pavilion resident DJ in EXPOMILAN 2015.
Along with COMBINADO ARGENTINO DE DANZA, he toured also South Africa in 2014 and several cities of EEUU in 2015.
