Hi,
this is Katzen Kapell from Stockholm, Sweden.
We're a six piece band playing mostly instrumental music,
but sometimes also with vocals.
The instrumentation are: accordion,violin,keyboards,marimba & vibraphone,
drums and percussion and bass.
There's only original compositions.
We've recorded 4 albums,performed in Sweden,Netherlands,Belgium and the US.
Played live on swedish national television (and radio) a couple of times.

The music is influenced of many styles and composers/players.
To name a few: Nino Rota, Astor Piazolla, Frank Zappa, arabic music,
east european music,contemporary chamber music and jazz.
