Puerta de Oro is a group that creates its music from exploration in Funk, Jazz fusion and Rock and mixes it with cumbia, chandé, currulao, fandango and chalupa, traditional rhythms of Colombia. Formed in the city of Barranquilla in 2016, she has performed at the Jazz Festival CUR 2016, Barraquijazz 2017, Atlántijazz 2017, Interactive Music Festival 2017, Drumfest Baq 2018, Cave Street 2019, and hosts on 10 occasions on Wednesday of Jazz in La Cueva, all the events in Barranquilla, are also invited to the Córdoba Drum fest and Córdoba Drum camp in Córdoba, Argentina 2018. They were also the winners of the Interactive Music Festival in Jazz version 2017. In 2018 they launched their first simple “El Remanso” and in 2019 they make arrangements of the song “La Vida Vale la Pena” by the folklorist singer Petrona Martinez, these two works can be found on the YouTube platform.
