Rosa Campello is a cultural promoter since 1988, working with ethnical groups mainly. These include Afoxe, Maracatu and Caboclinho that are typical rhythms originated by the mixture of Afro-Indian cultures characteristic of the Northeast of Brazil. All of them perform a rich combination of dance and music presentation.

She recently organised a tour for the Maracatu Calunga de Ouro in Italy, to the Festival Latino Americano, Festival delli arti Mediterrane and Arenzano Fiesta (June 2002).

Since 2001, she is the Producer of the BAILE MUNICIPAL DO RECIFE/ PE, the most important party of the Pernambuco's carnival. Since 2002, she's the Assistent of Production in the SEMANA DE ARTES DO RECIFE.

With the group AFOXÉ OXUM PANDÁ, they were presented at the carnival in São Paulo/BR( 2003.february), showing all the magic, sensuality and rhythm, characterstics that you could find in all Afoxé party in Salvador, Recife and Olinda. In the next European summer/2004, you can see The Afoxé Oxum Pandá and Daruê Malungo, at our Tour/2004, especially supported by the Brasilian Government( Ministério da Cultura do Brasil).
