Den Fule is back
Den Fule of today is sparkling like never before, presenting a possibly even broader span between raw funkiness and a more lyrical style.
Swedish ensemble Den Fule ("The Ugly One") have since long made themselves a name as one of the most exciting folk music groups of Scandinavia. During the 90's the group toured extensively throughout Sweden and Europe achieving great success. In 97 the band split up, the members continuing to work with other musical projects. After a decade of silence - the band, wich was one of the scene's most popular and active outfits in the 90's, reformed in 2007.
Den Fule recieved a swedish Grammy for their first album, "Lugumleik", in -93.
Consisting of only original members they have recorded a new cd, released in spring 2010.
