Lead by tabla guru and maestro Pandit Divyang Vakil, Rhythm Riders is built around a few key-figures and has developed several productions including contemporary percussion ensemble Talavya (formerly Tabla Ecstasy), Indo-world fusion group Taan and contemporary and traditional Kathak dance performances to live and recorded music.

Collaborations:
Core Rhythm Riders artists have a strong foundation in Indian classical music and experiment with music from around the world. Our artists have worked with musicians from various music traditions and genres.

Teaching Institute / Educational Outreach:
With over 30 years of teaching experience, Rhythm Riders has a strong foundation in Indian classical music and tabla. Rhythm Riders conducts educational workshops, residential programs and lecture-demonstrations on Indian music and dance in India and worldwide. Educational outreach is an important part of all tours by Rhythm Riders artists.

Records:
Rhythm Riders has released a CD Talavya's Tabla Duet - Power of Tabla in 2010.
