Heather's voice is as inimitable now as it was when she started her singing career in the 60ies, when she was in the forefront of the Welsh music scene.This long-awaited collection of traditional Welsh airs and lullabies consists of FOURTEEN songs. With her sensitive recital, she presents a few familiar English songs which have been translated into Welsh e.g. ONLY A WOMAN'S HEART, THE SALLEY GARDENS, THE BLACK HARVEST, DAISIES ARE OUR SILVER and THE BELLS OF RHYMNEY. *This is the first time ever for the latter song to be sung in Welsh. (Welsh words by Aled Gwyn).
