To dance like there's no tomorrow... OBMJ, Orquestra Brasileira de Musica Jamaicana, plays the kind of music that really makes you move; they reinvented Brazilian classics such as "Aguas de Marco" by Tom Jobim and "Carinhoso" by Pixinguinha, among others, creating an unique atmosphere with groovy ska, rocksteady and early reggae rhythms.
Created in 2005 by producer Sergio Soffiatti and trumpeter Felippe Pipeta, OBMJ tours with 9 musicians on stage and is currently performing in prestigious venues in Brazil. OBMJ has released its first EP in 2009, earning great reviews from specialized magazines, newspapers and blogs. Enjoy the good music
