For more than 15 years the members of Shooglenifty have crafted their hybrid music around traditional Scottish music on a regional and global stage. The band tours regularly in Australia, Canada and the United States and have become a festival favourite from Borneo to Buxton. Their goal is to continue to be pioneers in trad fusion music and to be, in the words of band member Malcolm Crosbie, "...the complete opposite of a manufactured band 100 organic".
