Copenhagen's JazzHouse will host for the second time an evening full of the best Brazilian music.
On Saturday, October 30th, the II Brazilian Night in Copenhagen will take place, portraying a sample of what is best in instrumental, songwriting and groovy beats from Brazil.
Sponsored by the Government of the State of São Paulo and with the support of the Brazilian Embassy in Copenhagen, the Danish public will have the opportunity to enjoy 4 concerts and 1 DJ Set, starting at 9PM and ending with Brazilian music to dance throughout the night.
The program includes legendary instrumental jazz group Nenê Trio, followed by the virtuoso duo formed by guitar player Alessandro Penezzi and clarinetist Alexandre Ribeiro.
The line-up continues with Danilo Moraes e os Criados Mudos, a prominent young songwriter whose songs are demanded by young singers in Brazil. Then the impressive Trio Corrente comes up in stage to finish in style, with improvisation and diverse rhythms from Brazil. After the concerts, a Jam Session will bring all musicians up on stage to improvise and make people move.
After the concerts, DJ Tudo will drive the dance floor crazy with his rare grooves and energetic Brazilian rhythms.
