AHMET ASLAN

As a German resident and a Dersim (Turkey)oriented musician, Ahmet Aslan, with his band, is performing folk songs and his own compositions in Zazaki(a Kurdish dialect) and Turkish. He has an original blueslike improvisational style based on different baglama, gitar and percussion colors. The music he plays is bringing together a variety of musical and cultural forms with a rare quality, voice and feeling.
