Saturday night is dedicated to the untraditional and innovative wave of remix-culture and music from urban areas around the world. Bastard Disco 2.0 takes off with the remix-culture of South and Latin America, but will at the same time present local interpretations. Due to the Internet this scene has exploded with new “invention” all over the world focusing on the positive side of the cultural complexity of the globalization.
Remix-culture has a unique ability to gather people, and inspires a whole world of musicians, dj’s and producers. We celebrate these crossovers between different styles of music, and the idea of adapting each other’s culture and thereby forming an intercultural identity.
Expect an explosion of heat, sexiness, remix-culture and rhythm and bass.
