Succes Marketing and Productions (SMP) was established in 1996 by Chraou brothers Mustapha and Abdel Razak. Grown up in the Netherlands, both entrepreneurs are of Moroccan descent. They are considered as pioneers in the practical approach of the Turkish and Moroccan residents in the Netherlands.



The business was founded on the basis of the concept of organising events on behalf of members of the Turkish and Moroccan communities between the ages of twelve and fifity-five. All this on the basis of the underlying philosophy of Dutch, and also Turkish and Moroccan companies attaching their names to these festivities in order to gain attention of target groups that had so far been hard to reach. Practice namely had proved that promotional campaigns launched by Dutch companies and aimed at these target groups had been grossly misdirected due to a lack of cultural insight on the part of these companies, with their Turkish and Moroccan counterparts appearing to make virtually the same mistakes in their marketing strategies aimed at obtaining the favours of the "westernized" second and third generations of immigrants. It became obvious that a different approach was required to attain a successful approach of the target group named above, and it was not long before SMP proved to have manifested itself as the ideal intermediary on behalf of this extensive, ethnic market.

The SMP service package has by now been greatly expanded, with the company having grown into a mature organisation whose expertise is frequently invoked in widely varying areas. Not entirely surprisingly our list of reference includes names such as: Duny Festival, Mojo Concerts ( a clear channel entertainment company, Sfinks festival, Mundial Festival, Pirineos Sur Festival and various concerthalls, theaters in Holland, Belgium and France.
