NOVALIMA is a musical collective created by four peruvian musicians and producers: Ramón Pérez Prieto, Girmaldo del Solar, Carlos Li Carrillo and Rafael Morales. Their music is an interesting blend between afro latin grooves with electronic beats. AFRO, the second album of the band, was released in Argentina by the label Suramusic. This album contains interesting versions and remixes of classical afro peruvian tunes and also original compositions of the band. AFRO was produced in Lima, Barcelona, Londres and New York with the participation of the well known producer of the european electronic scene: Toni Economides.
