She has her own personal musical expression and explores her instruments both as objects of rhythm and of sound, always with a great deal of sensitivity and presence.
Michala Østergaard-Nielsen is a frequently appointed musician who has appeared on a great number of records. She also has her own groups - Østergaard Art Quartet and Nuaia.
