After completing my university studies and writing a dissertation about the different European examples of music industry support policies and programs, I quickly found myself in the small team that worked on establishing the Hungarian version. The result was PANKKK, the music industry support program of the Hungarian Ministry of Culture. Between 2005 and 2007 I worked as a program coordinator of Music Export Hungary, afterwards I had the task to coordinate and communicate PANKKK’s domestic support programmes. Since the beginning of 2009 I have been working as program director of the PANKKK Program Bureau, managing domestic and export projects as well.

PANKKK (Program for the National Culture of Popular Music) includes subsidy programmes and other projects that specifically aim to develop the Hungarian popular music scene. PANKKK was established by the Hungarian Ministry of Education and Culture in 2005. The general concept of the program was proposed by music industry professionals and organisations (e.g. musicians, clubs, festivals, societies, labels, etc.)
