1974/79 piano studies with Maria Clara Paes Leme in Belo Horizonte
1979/85 piano studies with Magdala Costa
1983/86 piano studies with Gloria Maria Fonseca in Rio de Janeiro
1983/85 studies at the School of Music of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, obtained a B.A. (bachelor) degree in piano.
1986/91 studies at Maastricht Conservatory in The Netherlands, with a scholarship awarded by the Brazilian Government, for post-graduating , obtained the Teacher, Soloist and Chamber music diplomas.
