The Italian born rising reggae star is also a sound engineer, singer, songwriter, and musician. A virtuoso from very early age, Alborosie's story starts when he moved to Jamaica. Looking to find a place he could call his spiritual home,
Alborosie immersed himself more fully into the music, the people, the vibe and culture of the island. Alborosie's selfpenned singles "Herbalist", "Kingston Town", Call On Jah", and "Rastafarai Anthem" were then spinned in all sound
systems and radios worldwide. On his new album "Escape From Babylon", he offers an exceptional effort paying his respect to his heroes from Reggae's golden age (Black Uhuru, Burning Spear, Steel Pulse, and Bob Marley).
After hitting the road for successful spring and summer tours 2011 tour where most of the vents were sol out, Alborosie is
back in november with new singles and big appearances in major clubs and festivals.
