Ce'cile was born in Manchester, Jamaica. She is inspired by artist like Lauryn Hill but also by the dancehall queen, Lady Saw. Ce'cile turned quickly to the dancehall confident it can succeed, and recorded some single for Mphatic, LongMan Records and Kings of Kings. But it was really with the song "Change" that she was on the front of the dancehall stage.

Agitator, she decided to write a text in which she talked about all the DJs of the moment and mocked their sexual performances. If Bounty Killer toke badly this interpretation and reply with a single, other artist such as Beenie Man laughing about that and offered to collaborate with her. It was a good deal for Ce'cile, the goal of this title. The single was a huge success and sold worldwide !

She also recorded a duet "Can You Do Di Wuk" with Sean Paul on the album « Dutty Rock » and is actively preparing for her next album.

In addition to his talents as singers, Ce'cile also makes production with riddims like "Double Jeopardy" or "Chineygal". She recorded numerous singles and then is rewarded with multiple music victory ceremonies.

Talented, talkative, teasing, charming and beautiful Ce'cile has been able to be imperative in a very masculine and exigent world . The proof: she sings with the biggest like Shaggy, Sean Paul passing by Elephant man.

With Ce'cile the "girl power" is fashionable dancehall !

She is here to charm the world !
