Already known as one of the best MC’s with her flow as exceptional as unique and her conscious lyrics, Soom T is showing us here that she is also comfortable with other musical styles. On the border of reggae, soul, hip-hop and traditional musics, she draws inspiration from the essence of spiritual music with engaged words of urban poetry.
Native of Glasgow, Soom T has been performing throughout the world for more than 20 years with her own inimitable and eccentric style with a completely crazy flow!
With « Free as a bird » (Wagram) released in 2015, Soom T captures the heart of a growing audience and has seen an explosion of her popularity in Europe. According to Télérama , she has a “sensual and sensitive voice with multiple capacities, pop-soul compostions with catchy choruses, and lyrics that make sense”.
As a result, she made a live band tour that took her on the major stages of Europe such as Dour, Solidays, the Déferlantes, Paléo, Vieilles Charrues and more.
With her strong experiences, she has evolved and claimed her musical choices, surrounded with a brand new team of musicians during her tour in 2018.
