Following the success of 'Enchanted 01', the Big Chill created here another memorable tribute to the joys of its Enchanted Garden festival.
Jam-packed with rare and exlusive tracks, it nonetheless contains many names that will be familiar to dedicated to Big Chillers. Named 'Peacock Vibes' in tribute to the peacocks that roam the Larmer Tree Gardens (home to the Enchanted Garden), this too is a beautiful, rainbow-coloured compilation.
The first CD ranges from the beat-driven madness of Hexstatic and pure joy of Over Soul's 'Universal Unfolding' through to the Bays' funk and the more melancholy Blue States. CD two takes a more contemplative turn with the folksy flavours of Victor Davies and Kirsty Hawkshaw, Bonobo's most haunting tune 'The Plug', not to mention DJ Food, Tim 'Love' Lee, and Biosphere.
It's like the Enchanted Garden in miniature - three days of bliss packed into just over two hours of music.
