The Stables

The Stables is home to around 350 concerts and over 300 education sessions per annum. We have 2 concert halls - The Jim Marshall Auditorium with a seated capacity of 398 plus 50 standing and Stage 2 with a seated capacity of 80 plus 20 standing or 120 standing. The stage and first few rows of seats can be removed in the Jim Marshall Auditorium to create a dance floor. We programme all types of music including rock, pop, folk, americana, jazz, world, classical, blues, r & b and soul. We also have a recording studio and rehearsal room.

We are a registered charity dedicating to engaging the widest range of people with music in all its diversity.
