Do you know why they are only talking about Ovni as the revelation rock group in Barcelona?

Ovni was born in 2000, when the Argentine Maxi and Mati Segovia arrived in Barcelona. A short time later Pere "Cohete" and Esteban Garcia joined the band and they became a quartet.
They soon recorded their first LP: "1984", which allowed them to play with bands of high calibre such as The Killers, The Libertines, Babasonicos... and to participate in prestigious festivals such as Primavera Sound.
"Aterrizaje",their second disc, launched this Spanish-Argentine band to the Top 10 in Mondo Sonoro (in June and July/August 07) and they ended up as the first group to be a cover of MysSpace Espana.
At the moment, they are touring with "Aterrizaje", an album that has taken them to Primavera Sound, Sonorama, Vivamerica Festival, and to share stage with The Klaxons in Portugal.
This mighty and visceral pop is now reaching the international market after an agreement signed with National Records for the distribution of "Aterrizaje" in USA, Mexico and Canada.
Such powerful and melancholic rock guarantees total pleasure.
