Nehilet is a seasoned artiste with a wealth of talent and experience. She's a songbird since the age of four and composer since the age of six.
She has performed with the band, The Love Circle, throughout the Caribbean, North America and Europe alongside her Brother Isaac Blackman. Nehilet Blackman and her exceptional All Girls Band launched their very first album on the 17th October 2009.

Nehilet breaks new ground in becoming the leader of the first all-female band alongside her sister Marge Blackman in Trinidad and Tobago, and perhaps the Caribbean. The daughter of the great Ras Shorty I has partnered with ten other multitalented young women to produce their first full length Album which features "Favour", which was written by Nehilet and nominated for three Marlin Awards in 2009. Her songs "Hey Love" , "Represent" and "Christ is the Way" was nominated for six (6) awards in the Bahamas. The 14 track album was recorded at Jamoo Studios in Piparo, with master producer Isaac Blackman at the controls. The songs are beautiful expressions of joy, thanksgiving, praise, introspection and struggle.

Nehilet Blackman and The All Girls Band presents an enticing and eclectic mix of sounds, talents, styles and ages. With members ranging in age from preteens to young women in their twenties, the AGB sings jamoo, along with new local touches to R&B, soul, hip-hop and dance. Heavy soca beats and smooth calypso sounds are also the choice of this unique music outfit. Vocals range from soft and sweet to vibrant and delightfully piercing.

AGB has toured through-out Trinidad and Tobago, having performed at various churches, community outreaches, youth and women's conferences, mini festivals including Red Earth Festival and Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

The All Girl's Band is now embarking on their first Caribbean tour and is in the process of working on brand new videos from various artistes out of the AGB crew.
