A new record and concert 2008
Miquel Gil goes on researching into new textures, ways, colours and flavours to sing the
lyrics written by young poets in Catalan language. Now he opens the window to the air
of the new songs of Eixos, the latest record which comes out on April 2007.
Texts by Enric Casasses, Manel Rodriguez Castello, Feliu Ventura... Several musicians
have played as a guests in this record: Manel Camp, Joan Garriga, David Pastor, Borja
Penalba..., and of course Miquel Gil's usual band. The critics have given him the status
of the great singer of the Catalan region.
