Born in Novi Sad, Serbia 1975.His real name is Vojislav Malesev.
Works in the Serbian National Theatar in Novi Sad as a singer in an opera choir.
He also has a “stand alone” project as a reggae-ragga MC under the nick Killo Killo where he sings over roots-reggae or ragga riddims using again his poetry and sometimes adding some oriental shades to existing tunes but most often he collaborates with Balkan-beat producers.
In 2007 founded a band (KILLO KILLO Banda) able to play riddims for him in highly energetic fusion of funk, reggae-dancehall vibes.
As a DJ he actively takes part in all events organized by Global Village People, an organization which collects all kinds of world music, and was involved in concert bookings and program selection of WORLD MUSIC stage on EXIT festival in Novi Sad as the active member of Booka production, a booking and concert organizing agency.
His favorite musical interests are mostly related to his ‘trance-global’ thinking, based on an idea that by listening to music of India, middle East, Balkan, north Africa and Amazonia one can find spiritual happiness and soul enrichment.
He is capable of making people dance and enjoy themselves in modern rhythms combined with various traditional heritage of the third world, but can also sometimes drive people into a kind of meditational trance or one step away from the mystical experience.
During the summer of 2007. performed in Paris in “Divan du monde” along DJ Click and DJ Kosta Kostov, in Dortmund in the “Domicil” club alongside DJ Katja Kubikova and in winter of 2008. shared stage with Kompott party at “Stadtgarten” and Shazalakazoo at “Gabaude 9” klub in Cologne and in “OST” club in Vienna with Dunkelbunt…In june 2008 took part in “Go East” party in Rio, Brasil. In the summer of 2008. he took part in Go East party in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Juicy Fruits festival in Dortmund, Germany and again on EXIT festival, Novi Sad, Serbia. In following years, until present day, went back to Cologne, Paris and Vienna performing almost like a resident dj, worked also in Swiss, Slovenia, Croatia…
Appeared on the Dunkelbunt’s album “Morgenlandfahrt” with
Blistering Heat song, published for a “Chat Chapeau” lable , Austria.
In 2010. Made a track called Doctor, produced by DJ Click and published on the Delhi to Sevilla compilation.
Also appeared on a remix of Watcha Clan’s song Balkan Qoulou (rmx by Dunkelbunt)
In 2011. Appeared on La Cherga’s LP “Revolve” with a song Votka Dot Kom
for the Asphalt tango label, and on Shazalakazoo LP Karton City Boom with the track
Baklava Lover…
He was selected for a WOMEX 2012 official DJ showcase in Thessaloniki.
